Jędrzej Siwek
Composer, sound artist, educator, and performer working at the intersection of contemporary composition and sound art. Author of an experimental interpretation of Claude Debussy’s La Mer, Duchological Music for Glass, the post-classical requiem, and the cosmic diptych Music for Sci-Fi Movies. Creator of the Experiment! Sound Workshop series.His work combines post-classical textures, electroacoustic experimentation, and cinematic atmospheres. He has presented his original repertoire at festivals including Sacrum Profanum, Tauron Nowa Muzyka, Katowice JazzArt Festival, Mózg Festival, Spalnia Festival, and Signal/Noise. His music has also been performed by ensembles such as Apartment House.
